1. Agreement and operator
By creating an account or using Project X, you agree to these Terms with Cameron Munro. If you do not agree, do not use Project X.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Project X is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under 13 may not create or use an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and remain responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abusive, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
3. Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk, deceive, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse Project X or its members. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content or attempt to bypass blocking, account security, age-cohort safeguards, subscription authorization, product quotas, rate limits, or other protections.
4. Profiles, messages, and user content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You grant Project X a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You must have the rights needed to share your content and must not submit illegal, infringing, or abusive material.
5. Connections and member conduct
Project X helps people discover and communicate with one another, but it does not verify or guarantee every statement a member makes and does not guarantee compatibility, identity, conduct, collaboration, employment, investment, or any particular outcome. Use appropriate judgment before meeting someone, sharing sensitive information, transferring money, or entering a personal or business relationship.
6. Project X Pro and purchases
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple and use RevenueCat for entitlement management. Pricing and subscription terms are shown before purchase. Unless canceled, a subscription may renew automatically in accordance with the terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Refunds and billing are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law. Restoring a purchase does not permit transferring purchase ownership between Project X accounts except through an expressly supported process.
7. Safety, moderation, and termination
Members may block or report other users through supported features. Project X may review reports and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, comply with legal requirements, investigate misuse, or maintain service integrity. We may preserve limited records where reasonably necessary for those purposes.
8. Account deletion
You may request deletion through the app. Deletion removes ordinary account information through Project X’s deletion process, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy, including where reasonably necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, moderation integrity, dispute handling, legal obligations, subscription or purchase ownership integrity, and provider backup or transaction-record requirements.
9. Service availability and changes
Project X may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may update these Terms and will provide any notice required by applicable law.
10. Disclaimers
Project X is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project X disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, warranties, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project X and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service. Project X does not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
12. Disputes and applicable rights
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful authority over the parties and the dispute.
